Small Hire’s

For smaller hires such as individual props or backdrops we use TNT to deliver and collect, this is the most cost effective method of delivery.  We have often used TNT to deliver up to 5 backdrops as this works out cheaper for hires in the south of England, Wales or Scotland.  TNT can deliver between 9am to 5pm and on Saturday mornings.  

Medium Hire’s

If the hire requires a man & a van whether it be a Luton or 7.5tonne this can be arranged on your behalf.  Qdos receive very competitive hire prices from local van hire companies that we use on a regular basis so as to keep the cost to a minimum for our clients.  We can arrange these deliveries & collections for any day of the week whether it be first thing in the morning or late at night.  Our drivers will be on hand to assist with the loading & offloading of the hired items.

Large Hire’s

If the hire requires articulated trailers we can make all the arrangements on your behalf, we receive very competitive rates from our regular transport suppliers which we will pass onto the client.  The cost of loading out from our stores is include in the hire fee.  The client is responsible for arranging a crew to load in & out at the venue, the driver will not be contracted to assist the offloading or setting up of the set/props etc.

Alternatively the client is welcome to make their own transport arrangements, the van/wagon details will need to be cleared by our transport manager before the collection takes place.

Loading out from the Scenic Stores based in Beverley near Hull can be done between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Special arrangements can be made to load out/in at the weekend or out of office hours however this may incur an additional charge.
